NACNS National Board of Directors!

Tx CNS continues to have vital connections to the National Association of Clinical Nurse Specialists (NACNS). In 2010, two Tx CNS members, Sharon Horner (The University of Texas at Austin) and Leslie Rodriguez (Texas Heath Resources Arlington Memorial Hospital), were elected to the Board of Directors of NACNS. Leslie Rodriguez holds a member-at-large position on the Board and Sharon Horner is Secretary. (Their emails are: LeslieRodriguez@texashealth.org and s.horner@mail.utexas.edu).
We encourage all of our members to also join NACNS--the national organization that works to promote the role of CNS practice and education. See NACNS.org link on our website.
