*Student registration rates apply if currently enrolled in a CNS or other graduate nursing program or graduated from a CNS or other APRN program in the past 6 months and are not yet licensed as an APRN by the Texas Board of Nursing. Licensed APRNs enrolled as doctoral students do not qualify for student rates.

Registration Refund and Cancellation Policy

Requests must be submitted via the contact us form on our website. A $75 administrative fee will be deducted from the refund. In the case of cancellation, Texas CNS is not responsible for other registrant expenses, including but not limited to, reimbursement of airline or other transportation fares, hotel or rental charges, deposits, or penalties. NO REFUND REQUESTS will be accepted after May 31, 2020.
