Federally qualified community health center serving Central Texas. Were it not for our clinics, adults and children without health insurance would not have access to what we call a person-centered, behaviorally enhanced health care home, which includes primary care, dental, integrated mental health, women’s health services, and low cost medications.

Facility provides appropriate behavioral health services for patients of all ages, from seniors and adults to adolescents and children. We employ a range of mental health professionals, including child and adolescent psychiatrists as well as adult psychiatrists and therapists.

Opportunity: Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner- Facility seeks to hire Texas Licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner’s who are personable, energetic, compassionate, and experienced in providing care in a FQHC clinical setting. Our FNP’s provide Medical Care to the patient by providing personalized, comprehensive, outpatient primary care under the direction of their supervising physician and the Medical Director. The PMHNP delivers primary care and excellent experience to the patients appropriate for an outpatient primary care community health center with multicultural, multilingual patient population. This is a 40 hour, full time, work week.

All Outpatient work. Ideally the facility would like the following criteria in a candidate:

  • FQHC or community clinic experience
  • Experience/comfortable with chronic cases
  • Optional but a plus: Bilingual
  • Comfortable with working with minimal to no supervision
