Role Description

This is a part-time or full-time role for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) at Allergy & Asthma Texas Health. The FNP will be responsible for providing on-site care and assisting in managing patients with allergies, asthma, and other immunological diseases. The role will involve conducting patient assessments, performing diagnostic procedures, prescribing medications, assisting with infusions and allergy procedures; and providing education and support to patients and their families.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and performing diagnostic procedures
• Knowledge of medication management and prescription
• Eagerness to learn new skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work diligently and collaboratively as part of a healthcare team
• Transparency, integrity and professionalism
• Valid FNP license in the state of Texas
• Previous experience in allergy and asthma specialty is a plus
• Spanish speaking is a plus
