Nurse Practitioner for Functional and Regenerative Medicine (PT into FT) New

Job Summary:
Deep Relief is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or PA to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in functional medicine and regenerative medicine (will train), committed to providing a holistic approach to patient care. You will play a key role in assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients.

Other services we offer are designed not only to alleviate pain but also to explore and treat the root causes of chronic issues through functional and regenerative medicine as well as IV Nutrition therapies for a more comprehensive understanding and treatment. By integrating these diverse modalities, our goal is to optimize your physical and mental health, supporting you in reaching your full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of patients with chronic pain, fatigue and various health issues.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that incorporate holistic approaches aimed at alleviating pain and addressing underlying causes of chronic conditions through functional and regenerative medicine.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including chiropractors, massage therapists, and acupuncturist, to provide cohesive patient care.
• Perform joint injections, trigger point injections, PRP, and other regenerative procedures as necessary.
• Order and asses laboratory tests as needed
• Educate patients on their conditions and treatment options, emphasizing lifestyle changes and preventive care strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Stay current with advancements in functional, orthopedic, and regenerative medicine practices, as well as holistic care modalities.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
• Foster a supportive environment that promotes mental and physical well-being for patients seeking pain relief.

Preferred Experience:

• Valid nurse practitioner license in Texas.
• Experience drawing blood required for PRP draws
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably with a focus on adult or family health.
• Experience in functional medicine, orthopedics, and regenerative medicine, including previous roles in outpatient or holistic care settings.
• Knowledge and experience in IV nutrition therapies, massage, and acupuncture is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
